^{Novgorod-born Belarusian guy living in the Siberian Arctic}

Eugeni is the mayor of Vsegda Kholodno, the world's coldest city. He is just a normal-ass human with no superpowers whatsoever & is literally just trying to get his job done.

I first created him on November 13, 2022 as a minor character for my friend Goose's decopunk dystopia Roaring Future. He originated as a Picrew creation, before getting his first official drawn-out design a few days later.

As you can see I have grown quite attached to him & he has been my main (& most popular OC!!) ever since. Not only is he now the star of his own spinoff of Roaring Future called Roaring Future: Arctic Paragon he has even been the subject of many commissions, Art Fight attacks, & the like. I even have physical merch of him which I talk more about in the oshikatsu page :0

Despite his seemingly frigid exterior, he is actually a gentle soul, taking joy in the simplest of pleasures.
